THE CHALLENGE

*Representative reconstruction of the B2B Marketplace Admin Dashboard. Original interface protected under NDA.
The main challenge was building a platform that could support different user groups without making the experience feel complicated.
The product needed to serve three sides of the marketplace: platform admins, service providers, and buyers. Each group required different permissions, workflows, and access levels.
For service providers, the platform needed to support profile creation, service presentation, visibility management, and lead handling. For buyers, it needed to provide a clear way to browse, compare, and contact relevant providers. For admins, it needed to offer control over platform content, users, listings, and operational workflows.
The platform also had to be flexible enough to support future growth. This meant the core logic needed to be structured carefully from the start, rather than built as a short-term MVP that would later require a full rebuild.
Our Role and Approach
LenGreo handled the full-cycle development of the platform, starting from initial business analysis and continuing through to final release.
Our process began with gathering and clarifying business requirements, defining key user roles, and mapping out core marketplace workflows. Based on this foundation, we created wireframes to structure the user experience and validate functionality before moving into the design phase, where visual concepts and interface elements were developed.
Following design approval, we proceeded with platform architecture planning and full-scale development, covering both front-end and back-end implementation, role-based logic, and marketplace-specific features. Throughout the process, we conducted continuous QA to ensure stability and performance.
We worked in structured development sprints, refining requirements, implementing features, testing completed modules, and preparing the platform for launch.
This end-to-end approach ensured alignment with the client’s product vision while allowing us to effectively manage the complexity of a multi-role B2B marketplace and build a scalable foundation for future growth.
What We Delivered

*Representative reconstruction of the Provider Discovery and Comparison Screen. Original interface protected under NDA.
Multi-role platform logic
We built the core logic for three primary user groups: admins, service providers, and buyers.
Each user group received the workflows and permissions needed for their role. This helped keep the platform organised and ensured users only interacted with the parts of the system relevant to them.
Service provider profiles and listings
The platform allowed service providers to create and manage structured profiles, present their services, and become discoverable to potential buyers.
Instead of simple static listings, the provider-side functionality was designed to support a scalable directory model where listings could be managed, reviewed, and expanded over time.
Buyer-side discovery flow
We implemented buyer-side functionality that made it easier for users to explore available providers and find relevant services.
The goal was to create a clear discovery journey where buyers could move from browsing to inquiry without unnecessary friction.
Lead-generation and inquiry workflows
A key part of the platform was the inquiry flow connecting buyers with service providers.
The system was designed to support B2B lead generation by allowing buyers to express interest, submit inquiries, and start conversations with relevant providers through the platform.
Admin management functionality
We built admin-side functionality to help the client manage users, provider listings, platform content, and operational workflows.
This gave the client greater control over the marketplace and reduced reliance on manual management outside the platform.
QA and launch support
Throughout the project, QA was integrated into the delivery process to validate functionality, identify edge cases, and support a stable release.
After nine months of work, the platform was launched as a complete B2B services directory with the core marketplace functionality in place.
The Outcome

*Representative reconstruction of the Inquiry Management and Client Communication Screen. Original interface protected under NDA.
LenGreo helped the client launch a custom B2B services directory platform with the core logic needed to connect buyers and service providers.
The final product gave the client a working marketplace foundation with multi-role access, provider profiles, buyer-side discovery, inquiry workflows, admin management, and QA-tested release readiness.
The project demonstrates LenGreo’s ability to build complex B2B platforms where the real value is not just the interface, but the logic behind it: permissions, workflows, user roles, marketplace structure, and scalable product architecture.
For companies planning to build custom portals, directories, marketplaces, CRMs, or internal platforms, this case shows how we approach software development beyond standard website delivery.
