INTRODUCTION
THE CHALLENGE

*Representative reconstruction of the Product Scope Map for the Creator Subscription Platform. Original project materials protected under NDA.
The client had a clear business vision but did not have a technical background or a detailed product specification.
For a platform of this type, this created several important questions:
- Which features should be included in the first release?
- How should creator and subscriber flows work?
- Which monetisation logic needed to be planned from the beginning?
- How should content creation, following, subscriptions, and payments connect?
- What could be realistically delivered within the client’s budget?
- Which features should be prioritised now, and which could be moved to future development phases?
The main challenge was to prevent the project from becoming too broad too early.
Instead of jumping straight into development, we first needed to shape the idea into a clear product structure that could be estimated, designed, validated, and built.
Our Role and Approach
LenGreo led the business analysis and product discovery process.
We worked with the client to break the platform idea into functional modules, clarify user roles, define core product flows, and identify the logic needed behind each major feature.
Our role was not only to document requirements, but also to ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and help the client make practical decisions.
This included aligning the desired functionality with the available development budget, helping the client understand what was essential for the first version, and turning a broad product idea into a clear delivery plan.
What We Delivered

*Representative reconstruction of the Creator and Subscriber User Flow Overview. Original project materials protected under NDA.
Product breakdown structure
We created an initial product breakdown structure that turned the client’s idea into a more manageable platform scope.
This helped separate the product into clear functional areas, making it easier to estimate, prioritise, and plan the development process.
Core user flows
We mapped the main platform flows, including creator profiles, content creation, follow and unfollow logic, subscriptions, and payment-related workflows.
This helped define how different parts of the platform should connect and what users would need to do at each stage.
Business logic clarification
A large part of the BA work focused on clarifying the logic behind the product.
We helped the client validate assumptions, identify edge cases, and make decisions about how the platform should work in practice — not only how it should look from the outside.
Wireframes and design foundation
After the product logic was clarified, we prepared wireframes to visualise the platform structure and user journey.
These wireframes became the foundation for the UI/UX design phase, helping the client review the platform experience before moving deeper into development.
Development roadmap
Once the product scope, flows, and design direction were defined, we shaped the development roadmap.
This helped the client understand how the project would move forward, what should be built first, and how the platform could continue evolving after the initial version.
The Outcome

*Representative reconstruction of the Inquiry Management and Client Communication Screen. Original interface protected under NDA.
LenGreo helped a non-technical client turn an ambitious creator subscription platform idea into a structured, validated, and development-ready product.
The client received a clear product foundation, including defined modules, mapped user flows, wireframes, design direction, and a practical roadmap for development.
This case demonstrates how LenGreo supports clients at the earliest stages of product creation – not only by writing code, but by helping shape ideas into clear, realistic, and buildable digital products.
For founders and companies with a product idea but no technical background, this approach reduces uncertainty, improves planning, and creates a stronger foundation for successful development.
Current Status
The project is currently in active development.
The business analysis, wireframing, and design stages have been completed, and the platform has moved into the development phase. The client has already provided positive feedback on the process and deliverables.
Once the platform is launched, we’ll be happy to share the new case study.
